Programs:

Food and Utility Assistance: The Center for Community Services offers food assistance and help paying utilities to those within Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Fountain Inn, SC. Out clients sit down with staff and volunteers to learn about the unique challenges they face and offer additional resources or referrals to address root causes and symptoms alike.

Medical Care: Through partnership with the Greenville Free Medical Clinic, neighbors without health insurance can receive basic free medical care at our campus, and can be referred for specialty care at the Free Clinic's main location in Greenville.

Women, Infants, & Children: WIC provides health education, healthy foods, breastfeeding support, and other free services to income qualifying families in the Golden Strip area through their satellite location at the Center's campus. Their support and services fill an essential gap in the Golden Strip that would otherwise be unmet or inaccessible to those in our community in need.

Early Childhood Education: Early childhood education for ages 6 months to 5 years is provided to low income families through SHARE's Head Start and Early Head Start programs. It's more than childcare - these programs offer curriculum based education to ensure all children have the opportunity to excel, regardless of income or other factors.

We also partner with Mill Village Ministries' FoodShare Program, Greenville County's 4-H Clubs, and Greenville Literacy Association to address other unmet needs in our local community. Visit our website to learn more about how we're serving the Golden Strip!
