Build Carolina is advancing South Carolina’s tech community through demand-driven training, connection, and support. Since 2017, we’ve helped hundreds of learners launch meaningful careers in technology and worked with employers across the state to meet their growing talent needs.

Our programs are designed to close the gap between education and career:

• Build Carolina Academy offers accessible, high-quality training for people at every stage of their tech journey.

• Build Carolina Apprenticeship provides paid, competency-based training in high-demand fields like software engineering, cloud computing, and AI/ML, connecting learners directly to local employers.
